Zumba Fitness at Odenplan in Spring

Zumba is an interval fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up, work your whole body, boost cardio endurance, strengthens your core, and improves your flexibility. In these classes, you not only will have the opportunity to dance Classical Latin rhythms such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton but also beats from around the world. Moreover, you will: - Burn calories. - Boost your wellbeing and quality of life. - Increase your energy level and coordination. - Improve your flexibility and muscle tone. - Reduce the amount of stress, anxiety, and tension. - Enhance blood circulation. - Meet other Zumba enthusiasts. But most of all, you will have fun, and won’t think about the exercise. ​Good to know: -You don't need to have any previous dance experience to enjoy this class. ​Things to bring to class: - A big bottle of water to drink plenty before, during, and after our workout session. - Comfortable and breathable training clothes and shoes - A towel, this class can get super sweaty. - Fruit (bananas, pineapple, berries, kiwi) or Snacks for after class. - No special equipment is needed. - Bring your Beautiful smile and a positive and tolerant attitude. To ensure our participants get the most out of our classes, we sell them in packages of 3, 8 and 13 classes.
