Zumba Gold is a special Zumba program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance with low-intensity dance moves to focus on balance, range of motion, coordination, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. t's perfect for beginners, active seniors, pregnant women and people with special needs, injuries and who haven't trained in a long period. ​Good to know: - We run this classes at NG_Goal_Vision_ Dream studio - Our classes in Älvsjö last 45 minutes and this season includes 17 classes. Ask for our calendar. - You don't need to have any previous dance experience to enjoy this class. However, its important to check with your doctor or physical therapist first if you are pregnant or have any injury or special need.
