Sundays with Zumba Kids jr. in Älvsjö

This kids-friendly class starts at 11.00 am. and ends at 11.45 am. Winter/Spring Season starts week 4 No classes during weeks 9, 13 Last Class is on Sunday, May 26 These classes are for children aged 4-6 years old and feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® formula. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure with the objective to nurture mobility, leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination and cultural awareness. Each class is built in 3 different moments. In the beginning, children will warm-up with popular children’s music and get introduced to today’s adventure ( a dance rhythm). Following, they are going to activate, role-play, or have different elements and materials to explore. Here, they can work alone, in pairs or teams. The objective is to practice coordination and body awareness. In our last moment together, we use mindfulness, yoga, and stretching to cool down. ​Good to know: - This course is a collaboration with NG_Vision_Dream - There are no expectations or pressures placed on your child. They may wonder... they might watch, then leave, then come back again. They need at least 3 classes to adjust and of course, they sometimes will need mommy or daddy at their side. - All course material is provided. - We are going to celebrate friendship, our beloved mothers, summer and our learnings in different occasions. Ask for our calendar. ​Things to bring to class: - A bottle of water with their name tags - Comfortable clothes and indoor shoes are essential. Payment * This course is a collaboration with NG_Goal_Vision so you can book it through Timecenter.se or by Swish of the Studio. * To ensure our participants get the most out of our classes, we have prepared a 16-class package that includes fun activities , and parties with their friends and family members.
