Zumba Gold is a special Zumba program that involves cardio and World and Latin-inspired dance with low-intensity dance moves to focus on balance, range of motion, coordination, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. It's perfect for beginners, active seniors, pregnant women and people with special needs, injuries and who haven't trained in a long period. This winter and fall semester in Riksten , Tullinge is going to be filled with amazing Zumba Gold classes, toning with dumbbells, dance workshops, community events and parties such as 💘 Valentine's Day Zumba Party 👭 Women's Day Zumba Celebration 💃🕺 Reggeaton and Salsa dance workshops for Beginners If you would like to know more, check our event calendar section for more specific details of each celebration.
