FemHealth 2025: A Powerful Gathering for Women’s Health and Awareness

ree

Early this year, I had the opportunity to attend the FemHealth Summit at the elegant Hotel At Six in Stockholm—a march event that not only exceeded my expectations, but also left a lasting impression on me as a professional and as a woman.

What made it so impactful wasn’t just the flawless organization or beautiful setting—it was the quality of the discussions, the inspiring speakers, and the clear mission at its heart: To raise awareness about women’s health, empower us with practical tools, and break the taboos that too often keep us silent.

👩‍⚕️ What Is FemHealth?

FemHealth Summit is the vision of Paulina Gustafsson, a passionate event creator, proud mother, and the founder of this groundbreaking initiative.

Paulina’s journey started with her own health struggles—unexplained pain, hormonal imbalance, and fertility challenges that were often dismissed by the healthcare system. Like so many women, she was told her symptoms were “just part of being a woman” or caused by stress.

According to a report by the World Economic Forum and McKinsey, women spend 25% more of their time in poor health than men—a gap that is rarely addressed.

Through FemHealth Empowerment, Paulina set out to change that. Her mission:

  • Bring together trusted health experts

  • Share evidence-based knowledge

  • Break stigmas and challenge outdated norms

  • Push for real, inclusive change in care and support

Her message was clear:Knowledge is power. And I hope you’ll join this journey to raise awareness and improve health for all women.”

💃 My Role: A Moment to Move

As part of the event’s program, I had the joy of leading a short Zumba break—a fun and energizing moment to get everyone on their feet. It was a chance to shift the energy, connect with our bodies, and remember the importance of daily movement—not just for physical health, but for emotional balance too.

Even just a few minutes of dancing together reminded us all that movement is medicine. It brings life, confidence, and connection.

I’m deeply thankful to Paulina for inviting me to be part of this event and for trusting me to contribute in my own way. Her dedication and clarity of purpose were present in every detail.

💬 Why This Event Mattered to Me

As a Zumba instructor and advocate for wellness, I always emphasize movement—but true well-being goes far beyond the studio. It means understanding our bodies, having access to quality care, and—perhaps most importantly—being heard.

Attending FemHealth 2025 reminded me how many women have felt ignored or dismissed. It renewed my commitment to create spaces—both on and off the dance floor—where women feel safe, informed, and empowered.

🌿 Looking Ahead

FemHealth 2025 wasn’t just another event. It was a movement. A call to action for better education, better care, and more respect for every woman’s experience.

I'm incredibly grateful to have been part of this beautiful initiative. I will carry its message with me in everything I do—from leading classes to curating events with deeper meaning.

I truly hope FemHealth returns in 2026—because all of us women deserve to be part of something this meaningful.

Let’s continue learning. Let’s keep asking questions. Let’s stand—and move—together for better women’s health.
