Patricia Alvarado

My primary goal as a Zumba instructor is to enhance the experience of my participants. Being healthy doesn't mean becoming a fitness addict; it means falling in love with regular training for our body, mind, heart, and soul. I don't want any of my students to feel bored; I want them to feel welcomed, encouraged, energized, and eager for the next session.

Are you looking to have fun while you work out?  If your answer is a BIG YES, we offer different in-person and virtual classes that can help you with your search. Participants of any fitness level, background, and age can find the best class that suits their needs in our wonderful array of classes. 

Zumba Classes and Packages

To ensure our participants get the most out of our Zumba classes around Stockholm, we sell them in different packages. There are courses for every age and every body.
